As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your knowledge to guide large projects, securing operational excellence while fostering elevated client interactions and strategic advising. Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions

- Maintain excellence in project execution and delivery

- Foster substantial engagement with clients to understand their needs

- Guide teams through complex project landscapes and challenges

- Innovate processes to enhance operational effectiveness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives

- Analyze data trends to inform decision-making and strategy

- Mentor and develop team members to build exceptional groups

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics

- At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, econometrics, data science, or software engineering

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science preferred

- Experience leading teams in AI/ML or data-driven solutions

- Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows

- Building and deploying advanced machine learning models

- Background in DevOps/DataOps for AI systems

- Operating in regulated environments with model risk management

- Contributing to business development and technical sales support

- Excelling in communication and leadership skills

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
