Position: Civil Engineer Internship
Job Status: Nonexempt-hourly
Location: Bozeman, MT

THE ROLE
These responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with design teams to support project tasks.
- Provide support with construction observation and site inspections to understand how design work comes together.
- Build knowledge of construction engineering and how it integrates with design and consulting practices.
- Develop a solid understanding of civil engineering principles within a consulting engineering environment.
- Gain hands-on exposure to engineering teams, construction methods, contractors, and contract administration processes.
- Learn safety standards, field protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strengthen communication skills through regular collaboration with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Insurable driving record
