Role & responsibilities
1. Delivery of draft AOP and working plan For Health Products, service and operations span. Creating a Bottoms Up Functional action plan
2. Delivery of the AOP - identifying early warning signs via predictive analytics, taking mitigation actions
3. Designing and delivering key central function projects related to LR, Customer Experience, Automation etc.
4. Functional deep dives for Provider Network, Fraud & Abuse etc to identify additional scope areas.
Key Skills - Analytics with preferred knowledge of predictive models, AOP designing and simulation models, stakeholder management
Preferred candidate profile
4-5 years of experience in Data analytics and predictive modelling in health insurance domain.
