Chief Financial Officer
Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Green Energy Division
Reporting to: CEO
CTC - 1.3 CR max(20-30%hike)
Summary: Lead financial strategy, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations for renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, FDRE). Drive IPO readiness, capital markets engagement, and multiSPV project finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial planning, capital structuring, and fundraising
- Budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Treasury, investor relations, and compliance (INDAS/IFRS, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST)
- IPO readiness, valuation, and capital market communications
- Governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Competencies & Skills:
- Project finance, debt syndication, equity placement
- Renewable energy economics, PPAs, tariff structures
- ERP/financial automation, analytics dashboards
- Regulatory expertise and strong leadership presence
Preferred Background:
- 15 to 25 years finance leadership, with 5to 7 years as CFO
- Proven record in project finance, IPO process, and investor relations
- CA mandatory
