Chief Financial Officer - CA

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization.
• The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis of the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and capital structure.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion plans.
• Monitor company performance through financial KPIs and MIS reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting standards, and taxation.
• Experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and financial strategy.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

Mandatory.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Prior experience in senior finance roles such as Finance Director / Head of Finance / CFO preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance.
