The Accounting and administrative assistant performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks in an accounting department including:

1. Assisting in after/capital sales coordination.

2. Organizing sales appointments and travel plans of Director 3. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

4. Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs

i.e. Tally

5. Reconciles records with internal company

employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

6. Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies. 7. Looking after the staff welfare, office maintenance, renovation work and daily needs.

8. Travel bookings & salary processing of the staff

Key Skills :

1. Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

2. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt

collection regulations

3. Hands-on experience with accounting software

4. Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and

creating spreadsheets)

5. Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

6. Good organizational and time-management abilities

7. Excellent communication skills

Work Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in accounts and admin related work.

- Own vehicle with driving license is must for the office job.
