Northrop Grumman has an immediate employment opportunity available for a Casual Technical Professional located in Apopka, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s STEM Degree and 12 years of related experience or a master’s degree in STEM and 10 years of experience, PhD in STEM and 8 years of experience.
• US Citizenship
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Secret clearance is not required to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance for continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven history in the design and implementation of enabling technologies for Hand-Held Target Location
• A proven history of mentoring EO/IR technologies and capabilities across a wide range of skillsets, ranging from entry-level to senior-staff engineers
• Prior experience in Celestial Navigation Systems is required
• Prior experience in Radiometric analysis and modeling of EO/IR Systems 

This job code is for technical professional employees who are typically scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week or do not have a set schedule, temporary or on-call.  There are no levels associated with this job.  Salary grade for job creation purposes only is A99.

The salary range is based on a full-time schedule and will be prorated to the extent the schedule is

reduced.

Primary Level Salary Range: $10.00 - $50.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
