岗位职责
Business Support is a key support function of Saturn Collaboration Team under IEGG. This team plays role of resource coordination, operational improvements, and two-directional communication inside and outside of the team.
We are looking for an passionate candidate with high potential to join our team. The successful candidate shall have exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated candidate who is passionate about the gaming industry and enjoys working with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
Business coordination: Close work with functional teams to leverage all support resources for business success within existing organizational framework & process
Business communications: Develop presentation for upper management, partner studio and peer teams, to facilitate and accelerate business growth
Business analysis: Stay up-to date on industry trends and market insights for team knowledge share and decision-making reference
Business operation: Prepare routine review and reports, identify opportunity areas, and initiate practices to improve operations

业务沟通：为管理层、合作工作室及兄弟团队制作汇报材料，促进沟通协作，加速业务增长。
业务分析：持续关注行业趋势与市场洞察，为团队知识共享和决策提供支持。
业务运营：准备定期复盘与报告，识别改进空间，主动提出并推动
