This team identifies, evaluates, and establishes opportunities to introduce Uniplaces to untapped locations, ensuring the platform aligns with local needs and market conditions.

Join Us as a Business Development and Sales Intern! 👨‍💻

🎯 In this role, you will ensure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes by keeping partner and lead data accurate, organised, and consistently up to date across our tools and Google Sheets. You’ll cross-check information, identify inconsistencies, remove duplicates, and maintain clean, reliable dashboards that support smart decision-making.

🛠️ You’ll actively improve our internal processes by identifying gaps, documenting workflows, and proposing enhancements that bring greater clarity and efficiency to our operations. You’ll also support the rollout of new tools, automations, and systems that strengthen our overall structure.

📋 You’ll provide hands-on operational support to B2B supervisors, assisting with data management, reporting, materials organisation, and maintaining playbooks, templates, and shared folders to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

🧩 You’ll deliver onboarding and refresher trainings to partners when needed, clearly explaining how our processes and tools work. You’ll help resolve operational questions, gather feedback, and share insights with the internal team to continuously improve partner experience.

🔗 You’ll act as a bridge between Sales, Partnerships, and Operations, ensuring information flows smoothly, processes are followed, and everyone has the structure and support they need to perform at their best.
