Exciting opportunity to join our Transport team

As a Transport Business Partner for DHL Supply Chain, you will provide the fastest and most reliable and secure transport service within the market. You will actively manage a ledger of transport customers and ensure improvements in service and performance through planning and implementation of strategies. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives to provide market leading service
  • Providing exceptional and cost efficient service to customers
  • Perform account management tasks with regard to service and productivity levels and budgetary targets
  • Ensure the business is meeting operations, regulatory, WHS and environmental obligations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a Transport, Supply Chain, Distribution or 3PL environment
  • Exceptional account management skills with a strong customer focus
  • The ability to influence with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and WHS requirements within a Transport environment
