Business Management & Marketing Trainee
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in business management through hands-on exposure to multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Leadership, and Administration.
As part of our structured training program, you will receive comprehensive guidance and mentorship from senior managers while gaining real-world experience in how different business functions operate. After successfully completing the program, youll have the opportunity to lead and manage your own business unit, taking ownership of performance and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Training:
Work across departments such as Sales, Operations, Business Administration, and Leadership to develop a complete understanding of the companys processes.
Sales & Marketing Exposure:
Learn sales techniques, client servicing, and marketing initiatives designed to boost business growth and brand visibility.
Business Operations:
Assist in daily operations, including finance, HR coordination, and process management, ensuring smooth internal workflows.
Leadership Development:
Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to develop leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Data & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and present data to support business decisions and performance evaluation.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in operations and recommend practical solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
Unit Management:
Upon completing the training program, take full responsibility for managing your assigned business unit and implementing growth strategies.
Project Participation:
Work on cross-functional projects to understand business objectives and contribute to key initiatives.
