Business Development Manager
Your tasks and responsibilities: • Drive sales of end‑to‑end clinical supply chain solutions, including clinical trial drugs and materials procurement, production, relabeling, primary/secondary packaging, warehousing, distribution, and last‑mile delivery. • Proactively develop customer resources across hospitals/clinical sites, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies, and build long‑term strategic partnerships. • Deeply understand customer needs and promote the company’s clinical supply chain and related value‑added services. Achieve annual sales revenue and performance targets. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in domestic and global clinical research, analyze competitive landscape, and develop differentiated sales strategies. • Conduct regular customer visits, collect service feedback, and collaborate with internal teams (operations, project management, quality, etc.) to optimize processes and enhance service competitiveness and customer satisfaction. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and academic meetings to strengthen brand influence and identify new business opportunities.
