Amazon is looking for a Business Developer. This candidate will partner in launching a new start-up from the beginning of its life cycle, and will lead sales generation with small to medium sized customers.

Amazon Freight is building systems and capabilities to ensure that external shippers’ freight in the Amazon network (vendors, suppliers, sellers) is moved with the highest service and lowest possible costs. To meet this goal, we are continually striving to innovate and provide best-in-class service levels. You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with external shippers. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including legal, technology, marketing, transportation, and customer service to drive great customer experience for our program.

You will communicate with senior stakeholders within the Amazon Leadership team, as well as work with leaders at major companies to strengthen partner relations. You will build customized, innovative logistics solutions, drive process improvement, standardize procedures and negotiate.

Key job responsibilities
- Prospect to identify, create and qualify opportunities through cold calling and e-mail outreach.
- Engage and present to prospects via in-person presentations, or web-based tools.
- Your success will be measured by achievement of individual activity and opportunity creation, as well as new shipper launch and revenue goals.
- This role requires you to be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ Years experience in full funnel Business to Business (B2B) Sales

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
