BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist
Job Title BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist Purpose of the role The BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist is accountable for the technical aspects of the maintenance (support and operations) activities in the SAP BRIM component s/he specializes in. This includes understanding the technical components of SAP BRIM (CRM, SOM, SAP CC, SAP CM, SAP CI) and how they integrate in the overall Amadeus environment, managing the technical side of monitoring and operations. Proactively participate in service improvement, leading their technical aspects. In this role you'll: Incident and Problem management. Stays up to date with the technical aspects of our applications, works closely with solution teams to ensure resolutions are sound. Helps with more complex incidents, including when development is needed for recovery. Leads problem management activities, focusing on the root cause analysis, to reduce the number of tickets and improve our services and services’ efficiencies. Works with the Service Delivery Manager and the Solution teams to ensure problems are logged, prioritized, and implemented. Leads and participates in automation opportunities to improve internal efficiencies and requests’ resolution time. Proactively works with suppliers to ensure their work is sound from a technical perspective, that they are performing problem management and working on improving our services Uses ITIL best practices consistently. Works with programs and projects teams to understand the impact of the technical changes on operations and support. Validates readiness to take over support after a deployment. About the ideal candidate: At least 7+ years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience. General support operations or monitoring experience, including problem management & root cause analysis. Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) / Hybris Billing. Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), or Subscription Order Management (SOM) S/4HANA experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with SAP integrations.
