Brand Manager - Innovation (Multiple Positions)

About the role
As a Brand Manager, Innovation, you will serve as a leader within the business, with end‑to‑end ownership of brand strategy and marketing execution across an innovation‑focused portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping short‑ and long‑term growth plans and bringing strategy to life through strong cross‑functional leadership and disciplined execution.
In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Marketing, Innovation, Insights, Sales, Finance, and external agencies to build consumer and customer strategies that drive growth. This position is well suited for someone with a strong bias for action, a strategic mindset, an ownership mentality, and creative problem‑solving skills. You must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across the organization to advance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end brand strategy and marketing campaign development and execution
- Own one‑, three‑, and five‑year growth plans for an innovation‑led portfolio
- Ensure consumers engage with brands consistently and effectively across channels
- Lead innovation and renovation commercialization across product and packaging initiatives
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to bring innovation concepts from strategy through market execution
- Leverage business analytics (equity, share, volume, revenue, competitive insights) to inform decisions and drive performance
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and customer strategies that enhance the consumer experience
- Support category and brand performance reporting to inform key go‑forward decisions
- Lead discussions and presentations with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within a CPG or growth‑oriented organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong strategic capability, including experience in go‑to‑market strategy, marketing plan development, and situation assessment
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment
- Experience commercializing innovation and renovation‑based initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliver against timelines
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Action‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
