Reporting to: Executive Assistant to Canada President
We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join Kraft Heinz and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team in a flexible, part-time role. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver top-notch administrative support that keeps our operations on track.
What’s on the menu?
- Provide day-to-day administrative support under the direction of the Executive Assistant.
- Arrange travel bookings as needed.
- Manage and complete expense reports accurately and on time.
- Handle basic scheduling of meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized filing systems, and keep internal records up to date.
- Assist in internal communications and general team coordination if required.
- Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned.

- Proven ability to handle administrative tasks in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Comfortable collaborating within a team and supporting multiple priorities under direction.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced work setting.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
- This position is onsite at Queen’s Quay Terminal. Approx. 12 hours per week, across 4 mornings (9 AM–12 PM). Exact hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Compensation: $50,000 annual full-time equivalent rate, as this position is 12 hours/week, the salary will be $16,000 per annum.
