BIM Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered
- Identifies discrepancies in results
- Provides guidance to entry level engineers
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision
Qualifications
Heres what were looking for:
- Degree in related disciplineis preferred. with professional Course in BIM
- Experience of 4-8 years will be preferred.
- Thorough understanding of building components for modelling structural components intelligently and efficiently to ensure the integrity of the structural model.
- Working knowledge of drawing production, standard construction techniques and principals.
- Excellent skills in relation to rendering and graphic formats and their manipulation and output.
Soft Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
