BI & Reporting Analyst

Overview PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. This role is responsible to support EMEA BU (MAKE & MOVE Analytics support) agenda, KPI tracking reports and extracting key data into suitable format to enable the Sector Service team to manage performance and aggregate performance from BU level driving insight at cross BU level. Key responsibility is maintaining a standard reporting and comms methodology with partner stakeholders. Responsibilities Act as Lead and interface to sector and BU teams, managing and governing current and future programs. Interact with across EMEA to collate and represent Productivity & performance KPI's data in a meaning way. Initially these will be standard reports adopted from BU but with future aspiration to utilize automation, workflows and Bi tools to reduce administrative workloads and automate the activities. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Business Savvy and professional approach Prior experience in Supply Chain domain related to Manufacturing industry Power BI experience or another visualization tool as Tableau or similar Proficiency in Excel At least 3 years of experience as BI & Reporting Analyst
