We’re seeking someone to join our Institutional Securities Technology team as a Axiom developer, in PWM Asia & Australia tech, involved in Design & Development of real-time platform that requires fast calculations

This is Director position that manages and optimizes the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies for end-users, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Data source Loading and Report Development, Develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions for regulatory reports using Axiom tool, Axiom scripting language, ETL tools(Talend), Power BI and Power Automate.

  • Performance Optimization**: Continuously monitor and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for maximum efficiency and reliability.

  • Agile & DevOps Implementation**: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to enhance team efficiency and accelerate delivery cycles.

  • Automation & Innovation**: Identify opportunities for automation throughout the data lifecycle and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations using AI.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business, analytics, and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Axiom Development(at least 2 years on version 11 or higher), Regulatory Report enhancement and ETL development.

  • Knowledge over AI tools, Power Automate and ETL(Talend Enterprise) is added advantage.

  • Strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance regulatory report solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects.

  • Solid grasp of Agile and DevOps principles with practical experience implementing these in data engineering environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proven problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience driving team transformation and process improvement through automation and cloud adoption.

  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.

  • Prior experience working in fast-paced, data-driven organizations.
