Associate Manager - Accounting

Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity to join Principal! We're looking for a person to join our WSRS Pricing team! You'll collaborate with the Sales and Service groups to assemble driven fee proposals sought at retaining retirement plan business up to $200M in assets. You'll offer analysis and insights on the product & investment package to position our fee quote against competitors. Job Responsibilities Prepare fee quotes, incorporating the core elements of our Total Retirement Suite, for designated sales and service team areas or individuals. Evaluate a prospect/client's current investment lineup and offer solutions to support our asset management strategy. Assess the competitiveness of our fee quote and service package to collaborate with field partners and leaders. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience with Excel and Salesforce. Time management. Ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills. Consistent record to coach, mentor, and train less guide employees and internal customers with minimal assistance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of financial retirement plan experience in operations, customer care, administrative, or similar roles. Knowledge of retirement plan and products, including investments, plan build, and services, laws & regulations, industry standards, and the competitive environment. Provide timely, courteous, and excellent service to all customers, operate in an ethical manner. Additional Information Shift Timings: 5.30PM - 2.30PM IST
