Talent Acquisition Partner - High Volume Operational Hiring (Hybrid)

What You'll Do We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (aka Recruiter) to manage the full recruiting life cycle for our high volume operational hiring needs. These roles typically fall within customer service, administrative, clerical, processing, and production functions and may include both class hiring (multiple openings in a single requisition) and one‑to‑one hiring scenarios. Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Full‑Cycle Recruitment Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Assess applications and interviews, apply pre‑screen criteria, and recommend candidates for next steps. Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. Hiring Manager Partnership Consult with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and business needs. Provide guidance on candidate assessment and selection while maintaining a strong, responsive hiring manager experience. Candidate Experience Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely, clear, and positive communication at every stage. Systems & Process Excellence Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Review recruiting metrics to find opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency. Additional Responsibilities Support special projects or additional recruiting needs as required, including flexibility to assist with roles outside the primary high volume operational scope based on team capacity and business priorities. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2 plus years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally supporting operational or high‑volume roles. Strong relationship‑building, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Technically savvy and adaptable to change. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience with high volume operations hiring. Experience hiring within the financial services industry. Experience assessing talent thru a structured interview process. Experience with iCIMS (ATS), HireVue (Prerecorded Interviewing), and LinkedIn Recruiter (Sourcing). Experience managing external recruitment partners (e.g., search firms, RPOs, etc.). Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $58900 - $73000 / year Salary Details The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies. Des Moines, IA: $58,900 - $70,000 / year Charlotte, NC: $62,000 - $73,000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Locations & Work Environments Preference for role to be based in either of our hub locations of Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement - blending at least three office days in a typical workweek.
