Assistant Product Manager
The role revolves around Product and process-centric KRAs, so we need someone with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure consistent execution.
- Facilitate communication across business units, leadership, and other internal teams.
- Lead regular reviews, updates, and status meetings.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.
- Track program performance against KPIs and objectives.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- MBA or PGDM from Top Tier College
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
