Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities :- Oversee and manage general cargo and project shipments, ensuring complete operational execution (including technical aspects) along with cost control and profitability monitoring. Assist in responding and compiling the RFQs in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners and other offices for any project operations and spot shipments. Handling shipments of all kinds of cargo, incl. out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe. Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors and reviewing and posting invoices and billing to customers. Calculating and monitoring shipment profits. Supporting sales team in writing up offers and proposals to clients. Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.
