Job responsibility:
Customer/Stakeholder:
Suppliers
1.Manager/monitor supplier performance per KPI/process request
2.Contacts the supplier for shipping activities for the respective CSSV
3.Implement new customer’s operations activities per SOP
4.Ensure timely payment from supplier per work scope
5.Liaise with suppliers/CSSV on all export/import shipping matters and documentation
6.Take the full responsibility to negotiate the conditions and terms on contract terms, manage the carrier's extra cost and exceptioncal cases
Carriers & CFS agents
1.Manager the contract with Carriers
2.Record the carriers’, Booking & CFS agents’ performance per VMP requirement.
3.Liaise/coordinate with carriers/Booking & CFS agents to ensure accurate and timely despatch of rail shipments to destinations/Cnee
4.Manage all CN rail hubs except SIA/EAD rail hubs to EU lanes
5.Manage all rail hubs' supplier operational irregularities and changes, policy update
6.Lead to sign the contract for the new solutions and opened lanes
7.Manage the sea-rail new shipping mode, take full responsibility to plan the cargo and monitor the operational quality monitoring
Product Head of DTR
1.Management for carrier strategy development & execution
2.Update product head on operational issues
3.Monitor rail carriers' performance & conduct periodic evaluation to product head
4.Overall FCL statistics management & reporting to product head
5.Work with the product head to design and stabalize new products
6.Manage the carrier's policy and market update
7. Manage the extra cost and operational irregularities with EU rail team
OPE of DTR
Review handling process with and raise good advice to OPE
CSSV/FICO/HR/ADM
Keep good relationship with CSSV and other related supporting depts, such as FICO, HR, ADM, etc.

Job Duties
1.Rate negotiations with rail carriers incl. Spot / ad-hoc requirements
2.Contract management with rail carriers, containers suppliers, truck suppliers, GPS devices suppliers, etc.
3.Capacity agreements with rail carriers
4.Book space with rail carriers
5.Apply payment to carrier
6.Send/upload customs clearance docs to carrier and feedback to CS for any doc update requirements
7.Monitor on-time arrival & ATA
8.Data enrichment in CW1 files and maintain data quality
9.Arrange payments in invoice transfer
10.FICO report checking, eg. sick file, GP share, p&l report, etc.

1.Plan, organize and direct an efficient functional team with high service culture
2.Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor / evaluate individual performance; proposes motiv8-based compensation together with direct members

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree & above
2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Operations
3.Fluent in English reading and writing
