BUSINESS ACQUISITION:
- Being aggressive, timely closure of orders, resolution of issues appropriately on time, be creative in generating new enquiries, timely escalation to internal colleagues for support, act as a consultant with customer for innovative solutions.
- Proven Track record of crossing budgets in last 3 years
- ORDER EXECUTION:
- Disciplined order management, meticulous follow up with respective stake holders
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Act as consultant with customers.
- Bring about Innovative selling techniques with customers
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- To build excellent relationship with internal and external customers, co-ordinate for pre and after sales service support in order to foster long term business relationship.
- Bring about Challenger Sales Approach in ever changing Market Scenarios
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- Being an advocate of Siemens inside customer premises and actively recommend corrective actions inside Siemens to ensure customer delight.
- The incumbent understand how to determine, qualify, exploit and maintain a sufficient volume of business opportunities to achieve business objectives with regard to anticipated orders and targets for motion control and factory automation
- Excellent knowledge on Products / Solutions of Factory Automation, Motion Control and Industrial Identification system portfolio.
