Airside Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAirside Plannerwith 12-16 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will specialize in airside development planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Review the overall planning aspects of consultants for airside development works, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare or review design documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations, providing value engineering recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure the integration of design directions provided by all relevant design and planning teams, facilitating collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance with airside development standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of planning processes, decisions, and changes to facilitate transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/masters degree in architecture/planning.
- Minimum of 12 years in planning roles, with a focus on airside operations in the aviation sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with airside operations, regulations, and safety standards.
