Airfreight Customer Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the directives and regulations that apply in the company as set / defined by the management Steer and engage in Operation Execution (from A to Z), providing high quality customer service, daily operations documentation service to clients which are in line with the defined policy and SOP Identify, explore and realize cost-saving opportunities in order to increase yield under consideration of maintaining operational quality Draft, update implement SOP/ Working Instructions relative to attributed business Provide scheduled and timely reports on transport execution progress to clients, overseas offices and management team Supervise cargo operations, cargo inspection and site survey if necessary Maintain clear and regular communications with project team on issues affecting the sales performance and transport execution Identify operational and sales synergies amongst deugro offices by maintaining close communication and collaboration with the teams and internal/external clients In coordination with Accounting to control AP AR for allocated business Suggest corrective measures, where necessary, to management team for timely implementation; Other duties in line with current position to be assigned by management
