Agile Product Management Senior Manager

The Agile Product Management Senior Manager leads a team of product managers and product owners. This role helps plan, build, and deliver products that create real business value. The Senior Manager sets the product direction, guides teams using Agile methods, and works closely with business and technology partners. This role balances long‑term planning with day‑to‑day product work while supporting and coaching the product team.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business goals
  • Work closely with business leaders and technology teams to agree on product direction
  • Lead product work using Agile methods, including backlog planning and prioritization
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and ongoing improvements
  • Support planning events and help deliver features in small, regular releases
  • Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps
  • Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product owners
  • Use data and insights, including AI tools, to improve product outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmacy product management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing product teams
  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering successful products
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Jira is preferred


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 131,300 - 218,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
