Admin Associate (Off Rolls)
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all administration activities. Ensures policy compliance, vendor management, and seamless operations across multiple locations while driving cost efficiency and high service standards.
Role & responsibilities
- Act as SPOC for central admin initiatives rollout and coordination with functional teams.
- Primary contact for Employees regarding Administrative assistance and issue resolution.
- Manage admin budget, SOP development, audits, and quality assurance.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, SLAs, contracts, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate travel, guest house, insurance, and workplace maintenance (housekeeping, security, repairs).
- Maintain BCP playbooks, incident management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage office essentials (ID cards, stationery, seating, hospitality).
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration/Facilities Management.
- 8-12 years multi-site admin/facilities experience.
- Vendor governance, budgeting, compliance expertise.
- MS 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint), Power BI basics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel 25% Pan-India.
