ADIA UAE National Internship and Employment Opportunities
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) offers internship and employment opportunities for UAE National candidates across a range of academic backgrounds and disciplines.
ADIA is a global investment institution with a mission to sustain the long‑term prosperity of the UAE through disciplined investment and the development of national talent. Through its internship and graduate recruitment cycles, ADIA aims to identify and develop high‑potential UAE Nationals for long‑term careers within the organisation.
Following application submission, candidate profiles will be reviewed for potential internship and/or full‑time employment opportunities, subject to organisational needs and cycle timelines.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to assessments and interviews, where applicable.
ADIA offers two recruitment cycles annually for graduate employment & and two internship selection cycles:
· Spring Recruitment Cycle - Designated for Spring & Fall 2026 university graduates.
Application deadline by: 1st of February, 2026.
· Fall Recruitment Cycle - Designated for Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 university graduates.
Application deadline: 6th of July, 2026.
· Spring Internship Cycle - Designated for junior & senior university students exploring internship opportunities taking place during Summer & Fall 2026 semesters.
Application deadline: 1st of February, 2026.
Fall Internship Cycle - Designated for junior & senior university students exploring internship opportunities taking place during Winter 2026 & Spring 2027 semesters.
Application deadline: 6th of July, 2026.
- Applicants must submit clear, legible colour copies (PDF format) of the following documents:
- CV, including graduation or expected graduation date (Month, Year)
- Personal photograph, in line with UAE National ID requirements.
- Passport copy (including unified number page, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
- Emirates ID (both sides, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
- Family Book (Family Information page showing family sequence number and city code, from the UAEICP App)
- University transcripts (official copies preferred)
- High school transcripts for Grades 10, 11, and 12 including all standardised assessments (IGCSE, A-levels, IB transcript, AP Exam Certificates)
- IELTS certificate (if available)
- Certificate of Equivalence (if applicable for graduates of international institutions)
All document files must not exceed 5MB each.
