ADIA Study Abroad Scholarship

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) Study Abroad Scholarship Program (ASP) supports UAE National students who have secured admission to approved international universities and wish to pursue undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.

ADIA is a global investment institution committed to sustaining the long-term prosperity of the UAE by prudently growing capital and developing national talent. The ASP is designed to support students pursuing strategic disciplines at leading international institutions, with current study destinations including China and the United States, in line with MOHESR approved universities and programs. term prosperity of the UAE by prudently growing capital and developing national talent. The scholarship is open to eligible male students who are currently in Grade 12 or serving National Service.

Applicants may apply once they have secured, admissions to approved international universities and wish to pursue undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to additional assessments and interviews, where applicable.

Applications must be submitted by 1st of April 2026 to be considered for the 2026 intake.

Eligibility

  • UAE National Male students
  • Currently in Grade 12 or serving National Service
  • Secured admission to an approved international university and program with Intended major in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • If selected for the scholarship, male students must complete National Service before joining the scholarship.
  • Documents Required
  • Applicants must prepare clear, legible colour copies (in PDF format) of the following documents:
  • CV
  • University admission letter with a clear start date
  • Passport copy (including unified number page, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
  • Emirates ID (both sides, downloaded from the UAEICP App)
  • Family Book (Family Information page showing family sequence number and city code, from the UAEICP App)
  • High School transcripts for Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 (Including IB, A Levels, IGCSE, AP, or other external examination results if applicable)
  • IELTS Academic certificate (if available)
  • SAT score report (for private school students)
  • Cover letter expressing interest in the ADIA scholarship, intended major, and country of study.

All document files must not exceed 5MB each.
