Position Overview The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the timely and accurate collection of payments, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring the integrity of financial records. This vital role involves processing invoices, posting cash receipts, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain a healthy cash flow for the organization. Working closely with the sales section, this specialist will proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, resolve billing inquiries, and develop strong client relationships to facilitate prompt payment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
