We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationships within a strategic customer. This role requires a deep understanding of 5G/6G RAN test & measurement, ORAN, AI-RAN and digital twin simulation.

 


Responsibilities


Sales And Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.

Product Expertise And Solution Selling:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wireless test solutions for 5G/6G RAN AI-RAN and Digital twin simulation.
  • Conduct product presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.

Account Development:

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including global sales, engineering and product management.

Negotiation And Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.

Market Insights And Reporting:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.
  • Funnel development, forecasting and contribution to global account strategy

Qualifications


 
  • Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Experience: 3-5 years in customer facing roles
  • Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products and solutions, with a focus on wireless communication
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and working with global customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
  • Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner
  • Temperament to navigate tough customer situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
