Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PR and Partnerships Intern to join our East and South Asia, and Pacific (ESAP) Markets’ regional online marketing team. This role will assist in public relations and partnership day-to-day as well as campaign focused tasks, working closely with the Regional Senior Manager, PR, Brand and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

PR Coordination:

• Create media clipping reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with the Regional PR agency and support with media inquiries.
• Manage and update the Club Med corporate media hub with regional press releases.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative PR campaign ideas.

Campaign & Event Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between Club Med, agencies, partners and relevant stakeholders for campaign and event kickoffs.
• Ensure timely execution and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with the planning and execution of press conferences, media events and promotional activities including post-event reporting.

Administrative Support:

• Organize and maintain PR, event, and partnership documentation.
• Develop presentation materials for internal and external communications.
• Provide support on special projects as assigned.
