Description & Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to start in 2026 (Candidates graduating by July 2026 are welcome to apply)
- Up to 4 years of work experience
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
- Experience delivering exceptional support and building positive relationships with clients or stakeholders, where responsibilities includes resolving inquiries, addressing needs, or providing solutions.
- Demonstrable drive and foundational experience in sales or business development, evidenced by achievements in influencing outcomes, exceeding targets, or participating in revenue-generating activities during prior work, internships, or relevant academic/extracurricular initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and resolve client inquiries while also proactively identifying sustainable workflow solutions for our clients
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- The desire to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic training and client facing environment
- The ability to demonstrate resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness
- Business proficiency and fluency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal) to manage the respective clients
- The ability to occasionally work weekends or on a bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu)
- We’d love to see:
- Previous experience engaging with clients in a relationship management capacity
- Interest in innovative and emerging technologies or an interest in how technology can enhance workflows and efficiencies
- Beginner to intermediate experience with excel and/or VBA
