You will
- Apply and respect standards to ensure that the proposed offer is provided and the all processes in the Resort are applied
- Control costs and manage and reduce breakages
- Control supply disruptions and ensure the smooth running of inventories.
- Supervise and centralise detergents and small hotel supplies for F&B, F&B dishwashing and cleaning services
- Guarantee the implementation, application and respect of Health and Safety procedures
- Ensure that internal and external procedures for your teams, contracts with service providers and compliance with their conditions are shared properly
- Supervise, unite and supervise your teams around shared objectives, attitudes and behaviours
