Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Building business in Xiamen China
You will be mainly accountable for:

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Building business in Xiamen China
You will be mainly accountable for:
- 客户订单管理：接收并评估客户订单，依据产能和物料供应情况制定交货计划，回复交货期。
- 短期生产计划：根据主运营计划、实际客户订单需求，以及产能和物料情况制定短期成品、半成品生产计划及加班计划
- 计划参数管理：在SAP系统中维护排产主数据参数
- 库存管控：定期分析销售产品的ABC/FMR属性，生命周期及原材料供应情况，制定并及时调整半成品及MTS成品安全库存水平
- 订单执行监控：每日监控生产计划的执行和客户订单的交付，管理执行异常并加以解决
- 客户订单OTD管理：管理监控客户订单准时交付情况，每月分析根本原因并加以改善
- 其他：优化项目以及直线经理安排的临时工作任务
Qualifications for the role
- 本科及以上学历，理工科教育背景更佳。
- 熟悉工厂的运作流程，了解订单处理和生产计划的常用方法和KPI。
- 良好的数据分析和统计能力，能发现问题、分析问题，识别潜在风险并寻找解决方案。
- 至少3-5年外资企业订单处理或生产计划经验，曾应用Lean Sigma或者相似理论领导或参与优化任务的经验更佳。
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，有一定的财务知识。
- 熟练应用office软件，较丰富的ERP知识，能熟练使用SAP更佳。
- 开朗、乐于沟通、有责任心、可承担压力。
- 团队工作、乐于改变以及接受改变。
