Los benchmarks de la industria varian segun el prestamista y el mercado, pero un pull-through rate del 70% o superior se considera solido para un loan officer individual. Los mejores productores a menudo mantienen tasas del 78-85% al calificar exhaustivamente a los prestatarios en la pre-aprobacion y abordar las condiciones de manera proactiva.
