  • Contribute to develop modern power semiconductors solutions for SiC-based inverters, converters and chargers within the electric powertrain of (H)EVs and FCVs.
  • Provide first level technical support for our internal main customers and partner in China.
  • Proactively work on optimized solutions for our customers’ applications together with the entire European Bosch team, application & system engineers as well as product and project managers.
  • Discuss innovative approaches with customer development team and collaborate with the entire Bosch team to drive cost/performance optimization of our products w/in the customers system.
  • Understand customers’ pain points & use cases / functions to be able to shape them into system requirements for ongoing and future product developments
  • Prepare and execute customer presentations and product/application trainings and support our customers during the evaluation of our products.
  • A university degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar field of studies.
  • At least 3 years of experience as FAE or Development Engineer with power semiconductor products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and competence on system level automotive applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer’s pain points into concrete S/C based solutions concepts.
  • Native Chinese speaker, Fluency in English.
