- Skillful on Quality Tools, such as 8D, PSS, PDCA, FMEA and Control Plan.
- Skillful on casting and heat treatment knowledge. Have enough knowledge of coating, manufacturing.
- Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing by English.
- Experience on supplier management will be preferred.
- Experience on APQP, PPAP will be preferred.
