- College bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Design and Automation, or Electric Control and Automation, relevant majors；大学本科及以上学历，机械设计及自动化，或电气控制及自动化等相关专业；
- Over 8 years working experience about non-standard equipment and special machine, or retrofit & modernization development and project management； 有至少8年以上年从事非标设备或专机，或工程改造等业务拓展及工程项目管理经验；
- Be familiar with transfer line, assembling and tightening products & system, knowledge about electric control as plus, can organize configuration, design and engineering execution work; 熟悉了解输送线产品，组装拧紧产品，懂电气控制产品优先，能够组织选型,设计及工程施工等工作；
- Working experience in international environment, Strong leadership about team management; 具备外企工作及团队管理经验，有很强的领导力；
- Can shoulder working pressure, tackle different complex working conditions; 能够承受工作压力，可以应对各种复杂工作环境；
- Good communication and coordinating skill, fluent in English, German as plus.良好的沟通及协调能力，英语听说读写流利，懂德语者更佳。
