1.负责海外联盟广告推荐算法的开发和效果优化，包括模型算法方向：精排pCTR/pCVR/pLTV/召回LTR等预估模型效果优化；行业算法方向：游戏/电商等行业模型和策略优化，智能投放；出价机制方向：成本达成/起量/冷启动等策略算法优化。 2.入理解海外业务场景，通过对数据的敏锐洞察挖掘技术提升需求，针对现有业务场景特点优化推荐策略和模型，不断提升业务指标； 3.探索海外联盟业界前沿推荐技术的研发工作，通过技术创新推动海外联盟份额增长，包含但不限于超长序列建模、推荐多模态大模型、多场景多任务学习、Scaling up复杂交叉网络，强化学习/生成式出价，AI 智能投放等技术方向。
