1.负责腾讯会议及其他协同办公类产品的用户体验设计工作，参与制定和落地设计策略，推动产品设计创新；
2.定义产品的设计语言和设计风格，确保设计能够体现产品的易用性、前沿性和创新性；
3.与产品、技术和研发团队密切合作，确保设计方案的品牌一致性、技术创新和用户交互体验；
4.跟踪并关注用户反馈，收集用户诉求、产品需求，为产品新功能提供设计想法，对用户使用性负责；
5.对产品设计的可用性测试和评估提出改进方案，持续优化产品的用户体验。
