【正社員】_Order Processing Coordinator

Job Purpose:  

Order Processing Coordinator は、当社販売店・仕入先ベンダー・社内営業チーム・オペレーション部門・物流部門との主要な窓口として、受注処理業務を正確かつ迅速に遂行する役割を担います。

注文受付から納期確認、出荷～納品までの一連の業務を通じて、スムーズな受注〜出荷フローを支えるポジションです。

Responsibilities:

■ 受注処理・データ入力

• FAX・ECNex・メール・EDI・顧客システムから受領する注文書の処理
• 基幹システムへの受注入力および内容チェック
• 納期確認・在庫確認、顧客/ベンダー/営業との調整
• 受注に必要な書類の管理・回収
• 受注依頼キューを SLA 内で処理する責任

■ 在庫・納期調整

• 在庫・入庫予定の確認
• 仕入先、商品担当者との連絡・調整
• 物流チームとの出荷調整および配送手配サポート

■ 顧客対応

• 注文内容の確認、変更依頼対応
• 不備注文の確認および修正依頼
• 営業と連携した顧客要望対応
• 納期の再調整、追加要望などの案件管理

■ コンプライアンス / 内部統制

• 社内規定・承認ルールに沿った受注処理
• 機密情報の適切な取扱い
• データ品質維持と記録管理

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

■ 必須

• 営業事務または受注処理・カスタマーサポート業務の経験（1〜3年程度）
• 正確で迅速なデータ入力スキル
• 業務指示を正確に理解し、不明点を適切に確認できる能力
• チームで協働しながら業務を完遂できるコミュニケーション能力
• 基本的な PC スキル：Excel/Outlook / Teams などのビジネスツール利用

■ 歓迎

• 受注処理・在庫管理に関する ERP/基幹システムの利用経験
• 多数の注文を締切内に処理した経験
• 業務改善提案やプロセス改善の経験
   

■ 語学（Language Skills）
　・日本語：ビジネスレベル（必須）
・英語：読み書きできれば尚可（必須ではありません）
