1.算法研究与开发：负责多模态大模型的前沿算法研究与开发，包括但不限于多模态预训练、跨模态对齐、多模态理解与生成等任务，研发业界领先的多模态大模型；
2.模型训练与优化：持续跟进业界最新的多模态大模型算法，参与多模态大模型的训练与优化，探索高效的训练策略和模型架构，提升模型性能；
3.技术落地与应用：推动多模态大模型在实际业务中的应用，解决业务中的技术难题，提升业务效率和用户体验。
