In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

工作內容:
商品採購與供應商管理:
• 開發與評估供應商,進行議價與合作條件談判
• 管理採購流程、交期與品質,確保履約穩定
• 建立並維護長期合作供應商關係
商品營運與成效分析:
• 追蹤商品/贈品使用狀況與相關成效指標(如兌換率、成本效益等)
• 分析數據並提出優化建議,作為後續商品企劃依據
• 與行銷、產品、業務等內部團隊協作,提升整體專案效益
商品(贈品)企劃與選品:
• 規劃各類商品/贈品方案(活動贈品、會員回饋、專案搭配等)
• 依不同使用情境進行選品策略與組合設計
• 評估商品成本、吸引力與實際效益,持續優化商品池
出貨與履約管理:
• 規劃並控管供應商交期,確保商品準時、正確入庫
• 與倉儲物流協作,掌控進銷存動態與準時出貨,並處理異常狀況
• 建立與優化出貨與履約相關作業流程
客戶問題與商品瑕疵處理:
• 與客服團隊合作處理商品瑕疵、缺件、補寄等相關問題
• 彙整常見問題並回饋給內部團隊,持續改善商品與流程
• 在成本與體驗間取得平衡,確保良好用戶感受
