Your Role
Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with the TA Medical Director to shape and execute China Medical Affairs strategy
- Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas to guide team direction and support medical and brand objectives
- Integrate cross-functional strategies and provide regular reporting on MSL performance, KOL engagement, and competitive intelligence
People Management
- Lead all aspects of team management: hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and career development
- Review and approve regional medical plans and KOL evaluation reports
- Monitor query response records and report findings to the central medical team
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure all medical activities comply with company SOPs, GCP standards, and local regulations
- Drive completion of required compliance training across the team
External Engagement
- Build and maintain science-driven relationships with KOLs and HCPs
- Guide the team in executing targeted educational strategies to address scientific gaps and support safe, appropriate product use
Who You Are
- Master's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, Sales & Marketing, or as a hospital physician with oncology area experience.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area (disease mechanisms, clinical endpoints, treatment guidelines)
- Proven people leadership and team development skills
- Strategic thinker with solid operational and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Good understanding of drug development, commercialization, and marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; effective in scientific discussions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficient in standard office tools
