• 日本生命とマーシュジャパンの共同出資会社であるジャパン・アフィニティ・マーケティング株式会社のオペレーションセンターです。
• 顧客企業の保険制度の運営、代理店業務（生命保険・損害保険）、年金・財形事務、口座振替業務にかかわる事務処理を担当しています。

生命保険・損害保険代理店業務に関連する事務/団体保険制度の事務代行業務

• 新規・解約・異動の手続き
• 契約企業への保険料案内
• 保険会社への確認等
• 契約企業とその従業員からの問い合わせ対応（電話・メール）

＜What you need to have / 求める経験値やスキル＞

• 社会人経験3年以上
• 基本的なPC操作（Excel、Word、キーボード入力、インターネット等）
• 豊富な事務処理経験
• 保険事務経験があれば尚可
