仕事内容 野村総合研究所（NRI)フィリピン拠点でのコンサルティング業務/英語を活かす ・人事コンサルティング（人事制度構築・組織開発・人材育成など） 取引先はほぼ日系企業となります。 人事コンサルタントとして、下記業務を行っていただきます。 １）フィリピンを中心とするアセアン地域の日系企業に対して営業訪問、ニーズ確認など（フィリピン国外は出張ベース） ２）営業訪問に伴うプレゼン資料、調査資料などの作成、更新 ３）プロジェクト組成、提案、交渉、クロージング、プロジェクト管理・実施、報告書作成（英語/日本語） ４）最新のグローバル人事トレンド情報収集、関連資料作成など ５）上記業務に付随する管理業務全般 １）～５）の業務を基本的にはローカルスタッフと共に行っていただきます。 ★書類選考通過時には、パーソル海外拠点の現地日本人コンサルタントがしっかりとサポートいたしますので、 安心してご応募ください！
