Overview 1、负责区域销售目标把控并如期完成月度、季度、年度目标; 2、执行市场策略并督促经销商执行公司相关项目; 3、开发与维护经销商/MT客户,谈判进店,陈列以及促销活动,确保终端动销; 4、定期拜访经销商辅导和市场TOP重点客户,建立场球稳定合作关系。 Responsibilities 1、负责大理部分郊县(祥云、弥渡、南涧)和临沧地区生意管理; 2、经销商日常相关工作管理:订单跟进、重点核心渠道门店生意把控管理,经销商账务往来管理; 3、经销商人员辅导、带教管理,并督促经销商人员完成市场拓展; 4、所负责空白区域开发和经销商汰换; 5、日常相关报表处理。 Qualifications 1、全日制大专或本科以上学历; 2、具备三年以上快消经验以及经销商管理经验; 3、勤奋踏实,能独立完成相关市场开发和经销商管理; 4、诚实守信,具备基本职业素养;
